Hello! I’m Kim! Welcome to my blog!

I created this space to chronicle my move into city living with 1 small son. I now have 2 small sons and we continue to explore the ups and downs of city living with small kids.

I have always had an interest in personal finances, mainly improving my personal finances! Since having my two sons, I realized that I really need to take charge of my finances even more and prepare for mine and their futures. So far, I have paid off more than $50,000 in student loans and now I am looking for ways to improve my savings and start new income streams for myself and hopefully build a comfortable nest egg for college savings and retirement.

I am proud to say that all of the life experiences that I have shared in my site are all authentic and do sometimes give out sound advice to my readers. I don’t see myself as an expert when it comes to motherhood and other topics but I know that my experience can help mothers out there to ease through meal preparations and planning kids’ birthday parties.
